Branford, CT 2/16/2024 – Stony Creek Brewery is delighted to announce the grand opening of Stony Creek Eats, a revolutionary fast-casual kitchen, and the upcoming debut of Stony Treats, a dessert trailer set to open this spring. These exciting additions promise to enhance the brewery experience, offering a seamless blend of exceptional food, refreshing drinks, and sweet delights.

Stony Creek Eats, nestled within our taproom, introduces a new era of dining with a fast-casual concept designed for convenience and enjoyment. Embracing the brewery spirit, patrons can still order drinks at the bar while relishing the freedom to choose any table for a relaxed and social atmosphere. The innovative QR code system allows guests to easily order from their tables, ensuring a contactless and straightforward experience. The food will be brought to you at the table you ordered from, so you don’t even have to get up!

Adding to the excitement, Stony Creek Brewery welcomes Chef Mark Vecchitto, named CT Chef of the Year in 2014. A seasoned culinary professional, Chef Vecchitto has showcased his skills on various television cooking competitions, including the renowned “Beat Bobby Flay” and “Guys Grocery Games”. His culinary prowess will elevate Stony Creek Eats to new heights, promising a menu of mouthwatering delights.

Initial Hours and Expanded Beverage Selection
Starting on March 1st, Stony Creek Eats will be open for lunch on Friday through Sunday from 11:30 AM, and for dinner every day of the week. There will also be a Happy Hour Monday through Thursday from 3-6pm that includes discounted drinks and appetizers. Hours will adjust as we move into spring and summer, please check our website and social media channels for updates. In addition to the diverse food menu, Stony Creek Brewery will now be able to offer an extended selection of nationwide liquor and wine brands, including signature cocktails, martinis, margaritas, and more.
Sweet Additions: Stony Treats Dessert Trailer Coming Soon
Stony Creek Brewery is thrilled to unveil Stony Treats, a dessert trailer opening this spring at the front of the building near the parking lot. Stony Treats will offer a delightful selection of ice cream, desserts, coffee, and more, providing the perfect sweet finale to the brewery experience.
