Fresh Greens and Proteins has a new sign up and work going on, but is still 30 to 60 days from opening.
The self-described “healthy eating” alternative offers salads, burrito bowls, and smoothies and already has locations in Hamden, Watertown and New Britain.
The new location is in the former Tommys Wax Center building, 1100 West Main Street, Branford.
