The former Chowder Pot has hit the real estate market with an asking price of 2.5 million.
The property, at 560 East Main Street in Branford, is being listed by Woodbridge-based real estate firm Levey, Miller Maretz.
The underlying zone is IG-2, which according to Branford’s zoning designations, would prohibit residential usage without a zone change or variance.
