Sponsored by Webster Private Bank, Legacy Theatre’s 5th milestone season brings you 5 extraordinary pieces to add to your family memories!
• Just a month away, March 1st kicks off the Family Series with Magical Wonders, featuring Lyn Dillies, whose performances have wowed the world over as a leading Illusionist! For this Family Series event, Legacy invites patrons to drop off non-perishable food items, which will be delivered to the Branford Food Pantry, helping other families in need!
• March 15th at 10am and 1pm, audiences will soar to Neverland with a 60-minute version of J.M. Barrie’s classic tale of Peter Pan told from his prequel Peter and Wendy, featuring a fabulous cast of Legacy actors bringing Peter Pan, Captain Hook and Neverland to life!
• April 5th the touring Colorful Hat Circus and Variety Show will burst forth with acrobatics and juggling right before your very eyes in the intimate setting of the Legacy Theatre!
• July 12th at 10am and 1pm, Best-Selling Author Alan Katz will join us for the World Premiere of his book-adapted-for-stage called The Joke Show! A talented cast of actors will give your loved ones endless laughs (and barrels full of new jokes!) in this silly production (with a few lessons along the way)! After the show, you can purchase a copy of the book, The Funniest Joke Book Ever for Kids, and have Best-Selling author Alan Katz autograph it for you!
• Finally, August 30th Waffle and Friends: a Puppet Palooza is brought to The Legacy Theatre by TheaterWorks USA and Up in Arms! This special touring puppet show includes a demonstration and Question and Answers for your family to enjoy!
